Inquiry based learning - constructive interaction
Inquiry based learning is starting lessons with questions not with answers, building a habit where students build their knowledge from what they know to the unknown. It's a way to get students attention.
Researching, exploring, extending
Teachers had to prepare and present a class to the group based on the inquiry based learning.
We had three presentations
1st - explanation
2nd - exploration
3rd - implementation

Reflection - a moment to reflect about teaching (video didn't work)
Constructive interaction in four steps
First step-Individual moment
Second step-Group moment
Third step-Sharing
Fourth step-think about your plan again
Teachers discussed about how we should approach in the classroom. How classes should start and finally how to start using what students already know and move beyond.
